I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered a spectacular view of the gulf and palm trees. However, some areas were under construction during my stay. The service was a mix of amazing and not overly friendly. The location was lovely with nearby attractions, but there were missed opportunities in the service. I had reserved a room on the 3rd floor but was pleasantly surprised when given a room on the South side of the building with a view of cars, trees, and workers. However, the lack of soap and paper towels in Breezes was embarrassing considering the cost per night.
The hotel is located in Key Largo, close to Miami, offering a great spot with plenty to do. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but a fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt.
